Patient Safety 2014:

Patient Safety is central to the work we do. Each week we set aside specific time for one staff member to survey and bring together Patient Safety information relevant to our field of work. This is listed and uploaded from time to time and we will add links which might be helpful for patients to read. If Patient Safety Issues arise that directly affect our work then this section records the actions we subsequently take and any relevant outcomes.
